Stay away from them!

Dispute the charge with your bank and file a complaint with the FTC and BBB, you are sure to receive a response from them then.

Stay away from them!

Hello John, if you are are indeed a customer of ours which i am certain you are not, you can contact me directly from the phone number on our website and hit ext.1. My name is Shawn Mitchell. We are open Mon- Fri 9am to 5pm EST. We have never received an email or phone call related to an issue of a customer not receiving their goods. If indeed you bought something from us and you never received your goods or a refund then what you are accusing us of is theft. I don't think we would be around long if we were stealing from our customers. Believe it or not, its much more profitable and sustainable to actually provide our customers with a quality product and service. I assure you that all of our emails are good and our servers are up 99.9% of the time. We also have a voicemail system if we are too busy to answer your call at the time it was placed. With that said, I am privy to the scams being run on web based businesses by unscrupulous SEO companies. They call me everyday letting me know that there is some negative information posted on the internet that is ranking high in the search engines. They say for $2000 they can do some web marketing for us and knock down these scam website page rankings. A note to you guys, we will not be blackmailed into paying your fees. As a matter of fact we are pursuing the individuals posting slanderous materials on these website by sending subpoena's to these hosting sites to get the identification of the perpetrators. Piss poor company response. I would avoid this company just based on that. Good news is anyone googling the comopany will come across this post and the guy's unprofessional response.

Stay away from them!

Mr. anonymous user, how would you suggest i respond to liars making statements to intentionally try to damage our impeccable reputation? How is it that you are so quick to side with someone who obviously isn't man enough to respond to his own statements? We deserve the right to know who our accusers are with at least an explanation on how this happened or an order number, or a real name so we can see how this is even possible. How is possible that this person to this day, still hasn't contacted us directly about the issue. All of our numbers and emails are good. We have never had a credit card dispute with our company. EVER! I am upset because this is a flat out lie! This forum is a launchpad for people like this to commit assassinations on honest small businesses whether for profit or just plain terrorism. This John Guy is not a customer of ours and we can prove it in a court of law. He needs to step forward and give his full name and answer to the slanderous statements that he has made. I have disclosed my full name. I am not hiding as a criminal should. I am here to defend our credibility whereas this guy is still hiding and I think you know the reasons why. Anybody else reading this forum will probably come to the same conclusion. The world has enough problems, why don't you try to be a part of the solution and not part of the problem. LOL, you fail to see the point. I am not responding to a customer. If i had any doubts whatsoever my response would have been completely different. User1327808857 or whatever your name is, can you at least concede to the fact that this post could have been solely to maliciously post defamatory content on this website by an anonymous user that in fact has never conducted business with us?
We always handle our customers and their complaints with swift resolve and the utmost respect. The honest truth is that is really doesn't happen. I have logged one complaint in the past year. I doubt you will find a company or a person that has more respect for the customer than i do. Our customers are not the type of people that would use a forum like this to attack us. They are intelligent, innovative business owners that are the very heart of American ingenuity . They are also understanding to issues that can and sometimes do happen when conducting transactions. They always give us the benefit of the doubt and we always deliver. We would not have the success we do now if it wasn't for our passion and commitment to customer service. Every sale is tracked through our ordering systems by me, every sales call or customer complaint is handled by me. So my response to this post is not a question of whether or not this person has a legitimate claim because i am 100% confident that this is a false statement. This post has been up for 4 days.We still have not received a phone call, email, voicemail or smoke signals from this guy, he still has not responded to his claims in this forum. I am waiting John, I will be glad to give you any refunds. In fact, if i am wrong about this and you can prove it, i will pay you $500.00. Just come forward. But you won't, because you don't exist and tomorrow i will get yet another call from an SEO guy asking me to pay to to have this silly post removed from google search indexes. We are the ones being scammed and victimized here. For other small businesses that may come across this post please read this report on this latest SEO scam and how they threaten your reputation with these forums if you do not pay them. /link removed/

It is an admission by another consumer reporting website (/link removed/ stating that these "SEO" companies are targeting small businesses and extorting them to maintain their online reputation and using websites like these for leverage.

Stay away from them!

Shawn Mitchell says "We always handle our customers and their complaints with swift resolve and the utmost respect." YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING. The Big #uck people are liars and thieves, have no customer service skills, complete lack of training & knowledge regarding the fabric they sell, take orders for fabric they don't have and never will have in stock, neglect to refund for product you never received , and then Shawn Mitchell rudely implies he's doing you a favor by crediting your account that should have been credited over a month ago. This guy is as nasty as they get.

Terrible

Terrible customer service. Of course, they have five star reviews all over their site. I doubt if my one star review will ever be posted.

Big Duck Ripoff Warehouse: Stay Away!!!

This company is the worst ever!!!!! Mike Wallace, sales manager, is an incompetent unprofessional tool, the warehouse manager and the guy that cut and packs the fabric are totally incompetent and they don't really give a damn of the quality or condition of the fabric they ship. The whole company is a ripoff, they just take your money but not the responsibility for they mistakes. I placed three orders in two weeks and they screwed up all three in three different way...that takes skills. 1: six yards of fabric with clear big discoloration in the middle...shipped anyway, who cares? 2: twelve yards of black fabric with at some point white stitches in the middle of the yard to attach some extra fabric to complete the twelve yards...not even some extra at the end of the roll to compensate for the wasted yard.....nothing. 3: badly hand folded fabric wrapped around the roll of the black one, totally unusable, they had the courage to charge me $10 extra to reship it, after I lost $150 I had to discount to my client for the delay to keep him from canceling the order. They promise me the refund for the missing yard but no one return my calls and the accountant is always away. They should change the name with "Big F..k Canvas".
