Very bad Service

I am just going to book my account with bigrock. But the complaint made me to keep myself from committing another mistake. As I have read the issue. It is completely billing issue. They why the simple support operator was handling. It should be forwarded to the billing dept and should be cleared with in the time frame. And the user (Saket) really wasted hours of time with the f***ing chat session.
