hidden charges
They've charged me over $100 for service fees and I didn't have the chance to see that since I had only 5 minutes to order the tickets. And still, the following e-mails didn't have the full amount! They are fraudulent company charging hidden charges!

Scam
Big Stub is a total scam. They are way overpriced. Big Stub is a total scam. If you buy anything from them you are being totally ripped off. Their customer service is a joke.
