Payment
Paid for monthly Elite membership and 2 weeks later Elite status is gone and paid again and sent complaint to customer support and 10 days later, no communication. Worst customer support ever.. For a Online game to be so incompetent and carefree for their paying customer base is beyond me. These lack of actions are not acceptable and will be writing to BBB today.

Keeps booting me off and wont give chips back
It only lets me stay on for a minute or two play then takes my bingo chips boots me off and doesn't return them I like the game but it won't let me play long tell it just boots me to my main screen my other games don t do this what is the problem?

Bingo blitz will not let me collect my gifts from players, the site just keeps on scrolling, please help
