Can't log in !!

I can't log into Bingo Blitz from Facebook !! It keeps telling me when I try to log in through my Facebook account that I'm logged out of Facebook !! I know I'm not logged out of Facebook and pay for Elite in Bingo Blitz and can't even get into the game !!!! PLEASE take care of this issue or I WILL NOT pay another dime to play your game !!! It's been three days now please fix it a.s.a.p. !! Have a Blessed Day !!! 😁

I pay for Elite but am no getting it past 2 days

I have not been able to have Elite for the past 2 days. I have tried to pay several times but always says I am already Elite. I have been elite for years and now for some reason I am not. This is very upsetting to me and would appreciate it being corrected ASAP please. On the to purchase it say JOIN ELITE but then says I am Elite already which should be the case but not getting the benifits of ELITE please fix ASAP

Not getting what you pay for

I paid $24.99 for more bingo rewards. It oked the purchase, but I never received the rewards. So I put in $24.99 more to see if that would fix the problem, it didn't. I tried to complain on the e-mail address which I found on the internet. Someone named Chris was suppose to answer my questions. BUt was going to charge me more money to talk to a tech person. I chatted 3 times, got the same questions and no answers. I would like the first $24.99 back that didn't work, it was as if they stole it from me. The bingo game is fun, but you run out of bingo points way to fast. That's where they get you, by having to purchase more

I want my bingos back. When you have website issues the games freezes and go aaway. You return giving me stuff,but not my bingos that I used to play the game. I want them back. It happens to often. Fix the problem. Please"
