Did not get credits
To whom it may concern I used my credit card on Bingo Lane on Facebook and did not receive my credits but i was charged for it to be exact the amount was six dollars and the credit card company sent me a text message to let me know that a transaction has happend and what i was charged for but i did not receive so i would like to know whats going on.

Tickets disappearing
The site has glitches. At least twice a day I lose tickets due to the game blinking out. I have already deleted the game and reinstalled it on my iPad several times. While I do enjoy playing Bingo Lane I will consider moving to another Bingo game if this can not be resolved.
Thank you in advance for fixed glitches and my ack to enjoying a great game of Bingo.

Something is wrong today. You took at least 10 tickets and I was unable to play Bingo Lane today! :(
I have spent plenty of $$$!
This has happened before, and I guess I will have to find another Bingo site, as you are a rip off!!

Not awarding to me my wins
I have written & complained before that I'm often not awarded wins that I have won fair & square & that my tickets dissappear as well. I've won PLENTY of treasure chests that never were credited to me. Just to be sure I (for a while) each time I would win one...would log my win...just to see. It's a regular occurrance...me not being awarded treasure chests that I've won. But...TODAY was the last straw. I won FIRST place because I purchased the 5,000 point joker to help me win. My 5,000 points (spent to by a joker daub) was taken & I hit a Bingo for first place. And it was checked off as a winner. But after the game ended...I was given ZERO points! So now I've lost the 5,000 AND ALL first place points!
I just can't do this game any longer. There is so much competition going on out there. I don't need this. There's going to be something better than this. No customer service is ever available. And no where on their site is there even a to even a place to complain. If there is a technical problem...we are at the mercy of a few poorly done 'fake' Troubleshooting Questions. I'm over this game. I don't cheat them. If they wish to remain popular...then they need to STOP cheating me and all the other players.

Tickets
I was going to play vintage for 2 tickets and it said connection not good and close and refund which I did and it never gave me the tickets back. It's hard enough getting tickets as I live playing this game. My facebook id is b462f88-ea20-4e17-bf5b-ebe-53fa1f22d. I also play as a guest to get farther to play on your site. Please help. i finnished the 1000/1000 leafs on shamrock game got to pot for my 1000 tickets and it didnt give them to me on bingo lane my name is gail morris thank you

Loss of status
I have been wiped out twice on this game.. This time t had 196000 dollars and 50-60 lives.
I cannot support this game anymore unless I am given back my items. It is terrible to spend time collecting all these items just to be wiped out and have to start at the beginning.

Every time I go into Bingolane today I get a message saying my purchase could not be completed but no money had been taken from my account. I have not tried to make any purchases.

RIP OFF
i too have spent money EVERY month on Tickets or Coins.. im TIRED OF WASTING TICKETS when the GAME wont give you what you need to complete either the HOUSE COLLECTIONS OR the ROOM ITSELF.. its just a total RIP OFF and i along with MANY OTHERS I PLAY IN THE ROOM WITH AGREE!!!!!!!!!!.. sooo many glitches to name and im sure you are aware of them ALL as i read the MANY COMPLAINTS.. yet NOTHING is being do to fix this problem.. WE get NO REFUND.. NO EXTRA TICKETS added to our acct for those LOST ... SICK AND TIRED of BINGO LANE.. sad part. .is i love the game itself..

Frustrated
I find this game so frustrating. Something that should be enjoyable which it is not. It is SO hard trying to compete especially the different worlds. The countries that I need do not come up and when they do they are on only for a few numbers. Making me to believe that this game is fixed. How is anyone suppose to complete their countries if you keep giving them the ones they have completed already? You want people to enjoy this came, then give them chances to complete. So they win at the end, they will come back and play again, but it seems more and more people are getting fed up and wanting to leave. I even bought tickets and needed to complete Italy and it never came up all weekend. We noticed that not everyone who os playing at the same time is playing on the same country. It seems whatever they need to complete they aren't given it either. Even the collectibles are few and in between as well. I can play all my tickets more than 24 and not one collectible comes up. And we you go to the facebook site the free money you don't get, it says you collected it already, not true, didn't collect it at all. There are times when I am playing and even winning that the game freezes I can't get it to unfreeze without shutting it down. Also I never start the game with an Instant Win either and so many other people get them because I have hardly clicked on a space when they have become the winner. There have been times when I have hardly got any numbers on any of the 4 cards. I hope someone reads this that is behind this game and corrects it or you are going to end up losing more and more players.

I HATE THIS GAME. BINGO IS SUPPOSED TO BE FUN. THIS GAME GOES OUT OF ITS WAY TO KEEP YOU FROM GETTING A BINGO. THIS IS THE MOST TERRIBLE BINGO GAME ANYWHERE, MUCH LESS FACEBOOK. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS RIPOFF GAME. ITS DISGUSTING

Videos
I play on iPad. Every hour or so I get a notification saying " watch a video get free tickets. When the video is for Delta Airlines or Whirlpool there are no tickets given. Other videos work just fine. Please see what the problem is. Thanks

Points and tickets gone!!!
This is the last straw. I had earned over 600,000 points and 200 tickets and now they are gone. Some kind of glitch.. please return all. If not, I'm through!!!
