Dying flowers
I ordered a beautiful birthday bouquet of flowers for a friend on the 31st August 2021 for her birthday on the 3rd September 2021. The bloomex website said they could deliver within 24hrs if ordered in time so I ordered on the Tuesday so they would be delivered in plenty of time for the Friday, her birthday. When they hadn’t arrived by 4.20pm on the Friday I decided to chat online to find out what happened to the delivery, which took 30minutes just to ask two or three questions and it’s a call centre overseas so the little Asian lady said it would be delivered by the end of the day of her birthday and ended the chat before asking if she could help any other way. No offer of compensation for late delivery.
I ordered a SUPERSIZED birthday designer combo collection which shows on the website to have reds, yellows, purples just lots of bright colours. After no delivery of flowers on the Friday I tried to contact bloomex again only to be told they would arrive on Monday 6th September and the courier was unable to deliver them on time. Well my friend was in hospital on the Monday and to our disgust they arrived late morning with wilting dying flowers and foliage, and also the flowers were absolutely not what I paid for and a very small thin bouquet of mainly carnations in pink and white, no purple, no yellow and very little colour at all. would never recommend this company to anyone. I did tell the last chat lady I wanted a refund and she totally ignored my request and just ended the chat once again because they can, they are dealing with customers on the other side of the world so they can do whatever they like with no consequences and I end up with an appalling, disgraceful product. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANYyou will not be happy and I would still like to receive a refund but not holding my breathe
