I have had the same experience! Order placed in November 2011 goods arrived on 5th January 2012. Order was incomplete, some goods were of poor quality. When you call Customer Services, you are held in a queue until they have accumulated a healthy percentage of the 10p per minute charge. They do not reply to emails; they dO NOT not keep you updated upon the progress of your order. I am going to send the items back as they did not arrive before Christmas. In summary... VERY DISAPPOINTED! They might be busy muddling hundreds of other peoples orders, but I'm going to reorder from Amazon, who process thousands of orders every day and still keep you informed, give you progress reports, deliver products ON TIME and of good quality

I also ordered from Bits and Pieces early November. Am still waiting for goods to arrive. Is there any way we can get our money back?
