I paid for service. They deleted my essay write ups

I had 3 sections of long Essay write ups in blackpeoplemeet .....the 1st is about me talking about what my plans and interest are in education and my hobbies. The 2nd essay section is about what i am looking for in a man. The 3rd is what do I look for ln a 1st date. Next day after paying subsciption for site, on my lunch hour, I see all my long essay answers have been totally removed.. I have to spend my lunch period next day, calling blackpeoplemeat to find out why removed. They put my write up back. 3 days later, it's gone again. I called bpm. They refuse to put it back. They asked me to remove classes i am taking from the write up. Then they asked me to rewrite my whole write up. I told them No. I pay for this membership. I can just remove my classes. I just renewed membership 3/27. I am very disgusted. I asked for refund 2 separate times for deleting my profile. They said no based on my use
