Extra Charge for Quick Delivery
I had ordered Flowers for Mother's Day, and being it was the day before i payed extra money for the expedited next day delivery service. The flowers were to be expected between 9AM and 12PM on Sunday (Mother's Day). However they did not arrive. The website said the order was sent to Purolator Returns, however Purolater is not open on Sundays, let alone Mother's Day. So the Flowers would never have arrived. Why would i have payed extra expecting the order to arrive between the specified times when i could have just payed regular price and got them whenever they arrived. Why advertise this if they cannot fullfill the commitments to the customers? Very frustrating to say the least. Anyway as a previous customer i can honestly say after this i will NOT be using Bloomex any longer as the hassle and false advertising is enough for me and i will be going elsewhere to purchase delivery flowers, or just go and get them myself.

The worst services ever
I am with you my friend I also won't buy from them any more and want other not to spoilt they special occasions buy from others florists which give u good customer service and be there for u
