ordered flowers for Valentines day but the flowers where not the ones shown as pictured on there webpage and paid extra to upgrade to a bigger bunch the bunch was small with old damaged roses with bad wrapping and roses that wasn't what was shown on the webpage
the webpage has live chat which was not active and i tried calling but was closed and said to enquire with live chat which i tried and no response so they were uncontactable
this company Bloomex is unreliable and unprofessional website do not order with them, never again i will
