Horrible Experience
This is the email I sent them (it explains my experience). They never responded.
I ordered flowers from your company this morning and got a confirmation that the flowers would be delivered today. The were for my niece's graduation. You had confirmed they would be there today between 12 noon and 5pm. At 4:30 pm I asked my sister if they had arrived and they had not. I called your 1-888 number and the person on the phone would not help me. He said I could not talk to a supervisor and they would not have the flowers there until tomorrow. If I had known your company would not be delivering them today on her graduation day I would have reached another company. The guy on the phone said he would put in a request for a refund when I asked for one. A REQUEST!!!!! Are you kidding? You have disappointed me on so many levels. Your customer service is the worst I have EVER had. You have ruined what was supposed to be a special gift on a very special day with absolutely No regard. A refund will hardly even fix what you have done...that does not give her a special gift on her special day. I can hardly believe your email address is "wecare"@bloomex.ca Clearly you did not care at all.
A very unhappy customer

Find another flower delivery service
I ordered what I thought would be a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my friends 95th birthday. They sent me a picture and I am so embarrassed. It looks like a child put a bunch of flowers in a vase. The flowers were not arranged and as you can see in the picture the bouquet is lopsided. I would have rather sent nothing.

SCAM!!!!!!
BEWARE !!!!!! Total SCAM !!!!! FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!!
Website offers various selections and lots of visuals. Specials and deals. What the consumer doesn’t know is that it is CODE for flowers that are almost dead and about to be thrown out.
I ordered sympathy flowers “ Designer Sympathy Collection II (DSC-02)”. Website advertised $80 value for $40. And an additional 15% off. Very enticing. Based on delivery and taxes, approximately $62.
The bouquet is mainly white, and cream. Casablanca Lillie’s (2 stems- 6 blossoms) 7 roses, hydrangea, smaller spray roses, stock flowers, and eucalyptus leaves.
The flowers that my friend received looked nothing like the photo. Supermarket flowers at $19.99 looked fresher and better. The bouquet was multicoloured. Very inferior and cheap. 1 asiatic lily, 3 dead roses, blue carnations and 2 purple stock flowers. Not valued at $80. Nor $40 worth.
I’ve emailed customer service with photos. Their response is “The whole point of the offer is that they can not guarantee what products you get because it’s 50% off”. Under their policy; “It states that actual bouquets will vary from photo”.
WHY have a catalogue of arrangements to choose from? It looks nothing like it. False advertising.
So basically, you get whatever that’s in the clearance bin. In response to the dead flowers, they blamed it on the heat upon arrival. No refund. No credit. Not ever ordering from them again. I should have used my regular florist. Buyer Beware. Scammed!

RIPOFF
this company lied to me twice (on their useless chat line) when I called to complain that my Christmas gift to a friend who was spending Christmas alone had not been delivered. They reassured me that it had been delivered after Christmas, which was a complete lie because I have since found out that the local store, who would have had to do the delivery, was closed from 23rd Dec until after the New Year.
My friends gift never did show up and they refuse to refund my money. I talked to"Kelly" on the chat line and after I had pointed out her obvious lies, to avoid responsibility...she said she'd have to speak to a manager and get back to me..needless to say NO-ONE has ever gotten back to me. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THESE SHIESTERS AGAIN!!!

RIP OFF
This company takes no responsibility for their mistakes and then lies to cover up their faux pas.
I ordered a gift to be delivered to a friend who was alone for Christmas..she never received it! and when I contacted the local store I found that they were closed from 23rd Dec until the new Year....and had never received my order to be delivered on Christmas Eve. I then contacted Bloomex who had taken my order originally and was assured that it had been delivered before Christmas...they have no phone contact (except for orders)only a useless frustrating "chat Line". I was assured that my flowers had indeed been delivered and when I called her out on the lie (because the local store was closed)she told me that she would have to speak to a Manager and get back to me. Needless to say NO-ONE has gotten back to me. They have refused to refund my money and have offered to deliver the gift in the New Year when the local store reopens ... I have refused that Offer... what good is a Christmas "cheer up" gift two weeks after Christmas, to someone who no longer resides there???????????
I feel completely frustrated and ripped off and WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!! AND I would advise anyone else who wants their order followed and gift received not to go near them they have a huge amount of bad press on social media and cannot be relied on to deliver what they contract for .
