I ordered orchids to be delivered to my mother in Canada on 5/7/2016, she received dead tulips on 5/8/2016,
This is unacceptable , Bloomex you advertise Fresh, Fast and Fair, well none applies in this case.

Bloomex advertise, Fresh, Fast & Fair, well none of the three F's applies in this case, as a matter I can think of another F that do apply ...,

Four days - No delivery. Avoid!

I ordered a gift basket for my mother before Mother's Day to be delivered on the Saturday before Mother's Day (to avoid the rush). That was Saturday - my elderly, disabled mother is now on her FOURTH day waiting for that delivery. They won't let you use the phone number and instead ask you to use the live chat. I've done so the last three days and the only answer I get is "its being delivered today". Obviously not. Poor planning if they are using Mother's Day as an excuse and excessively bad customer service. Avoid.
