Complaint

I am the recipient of Order Number 02052163 which I received on May 10, 2017
I arrived home to find a large Bloomex box of flowers. A very nice surprise.
However upon opening the cello wrap the joy of the surprise was lost.
The bunch of flowers were in a florist foam block which contained water
but half of the flowers were in the block and half were out. There was a taped
package of plant food attached.
The flowers which look similar to an orchid were either dead or dying.
Yellow flowers in the daisy family had wilted and brown leaves. Stems
were not much better in fact the centre of the arrangement a couple of stems
were absolutely dead.
The deceit of this bunch was not the worst.
The message which was sent said.

Word of mouth is the most powerful form of advertising and in my particular case
it was deceitful, hurtful and embarrassing for not only myself but more importantly
my daughter.
