Be prepared to be shocked

Do not waste your money!!!! I ordered a special bouquet of white roses and blue delphiniums and upgraded its size (more $$) for a very special birthday. What was delivered were a few yellow roses and a bunch of purple daisies that looked like they came from a grocery store instead of a good florist. I was totally embarrassed. When I complained I got 'Too-bad-so-sad, We said the bouquet may vary'.
