Very disappointed
I ordered lavender love flowers on Tuesday to be delivered for a Birthday and they arrived today, Thursday. I was so disappointed with my order as it was nothing like the picture on the site and they were withered. The birthday note also had one wrong name on it. Not impressed and will not order any more items from your site as I paid too much for what was delivered..From my perspective, I believe Coles and Woolworths supply healthier, happier and fresher flowers. I feel very embaressed with what my friend received for a happy 60th as they looked gloomy dull and dead, unlike the photo on the website. Order number 01410282

Don’t use Bloomex
I order flower for my mother as a Xmas . Gift. Order date 13/12 ref 1464070 costing 54.95
The flowers were requested delivery date 24/12 arrived 19/12 5 days early . They look nothing like what a requested, Many flowers dead on arrival my mother threw them out today 22/12 they lasted 4 days , she was disappointed, I was disappointed, so will you be as you can not contact this company to seek any recompense

Dead & Wilted
Ordered a deluxe bouquet for my sisters birthday (order no.1622841) cost of $95 I requested the flowers be delivered in morning before they went out. Flowers delivered in afternoon & left out back on table in patio. Flowers were were mainly wilted dead ( some ready to throw out)
The deluxe bouquet was small & of poor quality flowers. No where as good as supermarket flowers.
Bloomex did not answer the phone call SO BUSY, they did not return call. Live chat id dead. Very slow then freezes.
Why bother delivering dead flowers???
Can't attach a photo web site says too large - 2mb.
I am humiliated & disgusted with Bloomex.
