I WISH I HAD SEEN THR REVIEWS FIRST
DEC 19 PLACED 200 ORDER. COMFIRMATION RECEIVED. PAID EXTRA TO DELIVER 24. CALLED MY FAMILY AT 730. NO DELIVERY. CONTACTED THE MESSAGE CENTRE WHO SAID I GAVE WRONG ADDRESS. CONFIRMED ORIGINAL ADDRESS AS CORRECT. BLOOMEX MADE NO ATTEMTP TO CONTACT ME OR MY FAMILY REGARDING ANY DIFFICULTY WITH DELIVERY. THEY EMAILED ME NEW DELIVERY OF DECEMBER 28. I CONFIRMED ADDRESS A THIRD TIME. DECEMBER 28TH...NO DELIVERY. THEY CALLED AND TOLD MY FAMILY I HAD PROVIDED ONLY A BOX NUMBER. THAT WAS A LIE. THEY TOLD MY FAMILY MAYBE THEY WOULD DELIVER DECEMBER 29 OR 31ST. MEANWHILE THEY MESSAGE ME THAT DELIVERY WILL BE SOON....NO DATE, but soon...BECAUSE THEY NEED TO RESTOCK. I TELL THEM I HAVE HAD ENOUGH AND I WANT A FULL REFUND. TOMORROW IT WILL BE JANUARY 3 AND I PAID FOR MY ITEM 15 DAYS AGO. I HAVE RECEIVED NO DELIVERY AND NO REFUND. BUT I AM ABSOLOUTELY NOT GOING TO ALLOW THESE THIEVES TO GET AWAY WITH THIS. YOU LET ME DOWN. YOU LET MY FAMIL DOWN. YOU BLAMED ME. YOU DIDNT SHOW AND YOU KEPT MY MONEY.
I WANT MY MONEY AND I AM NOT GOING TO GO AWAY.
