scam
I'm so angry with this company. The company also misrepresented the membership which I understood to be a one time fee. Instead $120 later, I'm trying to get @ least a partial refund. I'm thinking of the attorney general office in Virginia as well as newspaper and Better Business Bureau. Does anyone know if there is any investigation going on with this company?

Membership not authorized
I thought I had a really nice little deal with Blooms and sent my sister a lovely bouquet to the hospital. The bill was twice as much as I agreed to AND I am signed up for a monthly bill of almost $10 for NOTHING. I'm so angry at the misrepresentation. I also can't find a phone number to call to find out how to remedy this situation.

Unauthorized charge
Well guess what? 4 years after this complaint discussion started, Blooms Rewards (aka "Flash First") is still in the business of ripping off credit card customers! How about this for Chutzpah?...
Feb 9, 2012 -- Dispute resolved by American Express. $9.95 credited to card holder
Same Day -- Apology received from representative of Blooms Direct
Feb 13, 2012 -- They're at it again! Another charge of $9.95 appears on cardholder account
March 28 -- After repeated attempts by the customer (that's me) and by American Express, a block is placed on Blooms Rewards.
If Amex receives 2 more complaints in the next 60 days, I believe that we can get them blocked on all accounts and at MasterCard/Interbank (unofficial, but I am working on it!). Let's get this cancer squashed! Deceptive and corrupt acts of malfeasance can be prevented.
