Fraudulent Monthly charges to my credit card
In the month of August 2011 I ordered flowers from this website for a dear friends sudden death. Well I have just noticied that my credit card has been charged two months in a row for $9.99 each month!!!
I have informed my bank and they will not honor any further deductions from them and I have cancelled any type of membership that I was not aware of having with them!!! I would not recommend this web site to others for sure !!!

Fraudulent Monthly charges to my credit card
Just got off the phone with them. According to this place, in order to get a discount on their flowers you must enlist in their monthly membership reward program which is $9.99. Otherwise, no discount. They trick you by offering a discount that they credit to your account the next day. In the end, you end up paying the discounted price + the $9.99 fee. My biggest complaint is that this wasn't clearly stated when I placed the order. They cancelled the membership, but kept my $9.99 for one month.

Fraudulent Monthly charges to my credit card
This happened to me also. I was charged 2 $9.99 fees before i realized what was happening and when asked about reimbursing the fees they told me they could do this and then charge me the discount I had received. This web site is a crock and would NEVER recommend it to a soul.

Fraudulent Monthly charges to my credit card
I was aware of the $9.99 fee when I ordered the flowers and canceled that membership the following day. I was completely unaware of the $14.99/month fee for "identity protection". Why the hell is a flower delivery business selling identity protection? Supposedly they sent me an email that said they were going to start charging me for this service unless I contacted them telling them not to. I do not recall any such email, which if it was even sent went to spam, and as a result continued to pay the fee for months. After requesting them to terminate my "membership" I may have to cancel my credit card due to continuous charges.

Fraudulent Monthly charges to my credit card
This company is a scam and needs to be shut down, (and should go out of business for all the injustice its doing to innocent people). the same scam happened (is happening ) to me. I don't even know for how long now. Today is March 23rd 2012. I ordered flowers last Mothers day last year. I took their promotion, but made sure to cancel the promotion at that 20 given day period before you could cancel. Now this ISH is happening. Tomorrow I will call them and will give them a piece of my mind. And they better give me back any monies they have charged me from previous times. They ought to be sued for (theft) or something.

I have just now reviewed complaints about this COMPANY and their fraudulent charges by several people sent as long ago as the year2012, and they are still operating in the same way!! My charge monthly automatically from my bank account is $9.99. I phoned them recently, and was told that if I would look at their website---www.bloomsrewards.com, then click REWARDS(underHOME) then I would find what rewards I was entitled to since they had received several monthly payments entitling me to rewards!! Guess what? There is no website!! NOTHING shows up on the screen!! After all the comlaints I have read today, it is about time they were put out of business----who is responsible?? I would sincerely appreciate an answer to my questions!!!

Unauthorized Monthy Charges
Ordered Flowers June of 2017 a one time purchase. Someone at Bloomsrwrd signed me up for a $9.99 Membership, without my authorization. When I contacted them about a refund, they acted, oh- so-sincere but told me that there Computers only go back so far on reimbursements. For two years they have snuck in a $9.99 monthly charge to my credit card. Yet, they can't correct the problem because their computer only goes back so far. That's their effort to correct things.
THIS OUTFIT HAS SCAM WRITTEN ALL OVER IT1

They’re still at it
They’re still at it.
A few months back I saw $64 something, 14.99 and 9.99 charge form them. Called my bank, they locked my card and sent me a new one.
Checked my bank account again today and found out I was charged 9.99 twice this month (May, 7th and May, 22nd). From a new card that I haven’t even used anywhere yet. Also, what kind of “subscription” is that, twice a month? Even more, I have NEVER used their site and never heard of it before seeing their name on my cc charge.
Called my bank and they resolved this issue however this scam should not be happening.

Still at it
My Father ordered flowers from this website for my Mom. We started seeing a $9.99 charge every month on his credit card. We went to their website, and using the account login information he wrote down at his desk, was able to access and cancel the account on May 6th. On May 9th, they charged another $9.99 to Dad's card. I sent a message through their website asking why he had been charged when the account had been canceled. No reply. On June 9th, they charged another $9.99 to Dad's card, again no answer to our requests. Here, and other scam websites, indicates this is a scam company, that buries in the fine print the fact that ordering flowers through their website automatically signs you up for a $9.99 per month service to receive 'valuable coupons'. It seems that it is impossible to cancel 'membership'.
