Good report!

I noticed a $28 charge on my checking debit card from this company. I had recently subscribed for a discount of 5 magazines for only $10 through my job. I received 3 of the magazines, so far, then I saw this charge. I read a bunch of negative reviews about the subscription company, but decided to try to call and see for myself. I got through to a person, right away, she listened and asked me my last name and zip code, confirmed the charge and reversed it. She said the money would be put back into my account within 7 to 10 business days, and I was pleasantly surprised to see it arrived in only 3 days. I totally appreciate the integrity shown in rectifying the situation.
