HORRIBLE. UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES!
I had came across a deal through T-Mobile Tuesdays (where you get free stuff or discounts on things) for a free magazine subscription. This subscription was through Blue Dolphin Magazines and I really did get 1 year free on a subscription and I thought it was great. I then got an offer through Blue Dolphin Magazines (not T-Mobile) for just $2 for a year subscription. I thought this was awesome so I got 3 subscriptions to Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire & Glamour. Only a couple months into my "year subscription", I received emails stating that I would be charged full price unless I cancelled. These emails ended up in my junk folder so I never even saw them until after the fact. A couple days ago I got charged $30 for Cosmopolitan, $25 for Marie Claire, and $25 for Glamour. Why would I be charged full price for subscriptions that are supposed to last a year for only $2 each?! And why did I not know this prior to purchasing my subscriptions. I believe these people are scam artists. They do NOT list a phone number to contact them at! But I did find it incase you need it: 877-202-9589. They NEVER responded to my emails. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. THIS IS A SCAM, BEWARE! I am supposed to be getting a full refund but still have not received it! You're better off buying subscriptions through the magazine companies themselves. This is horrible. I just had a newborn baby and am on maternity leave so I need all the money I have! I did not authorize $80 IN MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTIONS! Please don't use them! They're liars, money hungry and scammers!!!!!!

Scam - took my money
I received for about a year the magazine Real Simple through Verizon but it was a blue dolphin magazine. I liked it a lot - I was asked to renew it by blue dolphin but I didn't return the card giving them permission to take the money out of my account because I didn't want to renew it. I noticed that they took a charge of $33.88 out last week 5/7/2019 !!!!! I right away called the bank and told them it was a scam and asked that I get a new credit card - I couldn't find a number to talk to them - we searched and searched the internet. We did find some email addresses and I wrote them right away and have not gotten one message back from them !!!!! DON'T EVER ORDER ANYTHING THROUGH THEM !!!

Unauthorized Charges and Bank Fees
I ordered probably about 8 subscriptions thru this company last year thru a promotion on MyPoints. Just picked my subscriptions and paid for them. Well today I get a notice that my bank account is overdrawn when I just put money in it yesterday. Come to find out, Blue Dolphins has charged over $100 of subscription charges on my card. I go to their website. I don't have a password that works, get one via email. There is no phone number to contact, just an email. You go to account info, there is no account # to refer to. There is nowhere to delete my credit card info. At no time during the ordering process was there anything about auto renewals, etc. I never authorized any renewals. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau immediately and sent an email to them. I have to wait until Monday to contact my bank. This is a second bank account that I use and had just put in $200 into checking yesterday. Thank God this wasn't my main bank account because god knows how many charges would have been on there. They charged everything they could, which was 4 subscriptions amounting to over $100 and left me with a -$0.68 balance. Beware that this company is not to be trusted and will charge you a year later without your consent.
