unauthorized charges
I had an accident with this company and I will never recommend it to anyone! I had an amex account and one day I found several unauthorized charges made by them I contacted and asked for a refund because I thought it was a mistake but they refused me without a reason.

AMEX BLUEBIRD IS A THIEF
DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH AMEX BLUEBIRD!!!!!!
I opened my account earlier this year, first, you are limited with AMEX Bluebird because a lot of vendors do not accept AMEX. Two, I wrote out several checks that they either lost or could not process due to technical difficulties causing me to be late on several accounts. Three, I tried to add my husband’s card to my account which I am an authorized user and they stated because I tried to add his debit card to my account so I can do money transfer that I performed a fraudulent task and they terminated my account. The only reason I found out my account was terminated because I was in the process of trying to use my card and the transaction would not go through, in addition when I tried to check my account online they blocked me from the website as well. I had to contact customer service and that is when they told me my account has been permanently suspended but after hours of me trying to figure out what was wrong with my account, they provided no phone call and no notification, they just closed my account. This happened in early August 2019, and I am still waiting for my funds to be sent to me. Also you cannot contact customer service unless you have an open account. The automated will recognize your number and disconnect the phone call. AMEX Bluebird is a rip off and a thief.
