Clubfactory ecom site doing fraud. Their sites and app designed to do fraudness

I have ordered a boAt headphones from clubfactory. But I received a duplicate and diffected piece. It was not original and a local one with a diffected earpiece. So I initiated return and waited. When I checked in the app they cancelled the return from their side. Hence I again initiated. After making call to customer care( min 8 min you have to hold the phone to get connected) and they send the guy to pick after two days. Then immediately after the pickup registered by the courier guy, in the app they marked Pickup Rejected. This site and app itself designed to do fraudness. There was a dispute button and I have disputed that rejection and tried to contact them using my registered mobile phone. But found they blocked me. So I called again using another number. That time connected after 7 min. Asked all these fraud actions and then he said the amount has been reversed to clubfactory Waller. From there I can move the amount to Paytm or my Bank.Strange, they are not reversing the money to my original bank account. So I have entered my Patm mobile number to reverse. The amount is not yet transferred. This site is earning money doing fraud rather businesses. All their behaviours are dubious including site and app design. They are doing business and fraudness in parallel. So beware. This site is like the old TIMTHARA online fraud.i will proceed with Bank dispute.
