Phone didn't work

I got the phone in about two months I done gave up on it. Got it finally got it ready it wouldn't call out nowhere I can see the tower from my house about mile and half away nothing. Called them got some lady that talked a mile a minute told want was wrong she wanted me to drive to town every time I wanted to use my phone I live 20 miles out I told her I can't drive that every time I want to use my phone. Then she wanted me to upgrade my phone for $20.00 more well hell I thought they were free so I just gave up threw the phone in the junk drawer never made one call it wouldn't call out and nobody could call me.
