You make it a point to mention that you run a business so in that regard I find it hard to understand that if you felt the sales person that was assisting you was more like a car sales man why didn't you ask more questions or work with another salesperson. At the very least why wouldn't you read the terms and conditions and ask questions before you purchased the product as any reasonable consumer or business person would.
Additionally, why would you think to delivery YOUR bed it would be free?. Once you slept on the bed after 1 night and were unhappy and stated that you called but conveniently left out what you were told at that time. I can only speculate that they told you to give it more time for your body to adjust. ...hence the 30 day trial period. But instead you exceeded the trial period and now you want to blame someone else for your oversight. But I guess in your business you pay for your customers mistakes. What real business person bad mouths another business just because you had a bad experience. You clearly have taken no responsibility for what happened here. Were you awake at the time seems to me you were such need of rest you slept through it. Keep in mind no one dragged you into the store to buy the bed instead of being made at Bobs or the sales person you should be mad at yourself for not paying better attention. Cant imagine what type of business you run where you clearly cant manage the purchase of a mattress...what a joke to actually complain.
