shipping price much biger than the product
I ordered a product for $300 and they asked me to pay the price for shipping which was 20 times bigger! That's just ridiculous! Stay away from them!

poor service, no honor for their own insurance!
This is worst shipping company ever! Well I sipped several packages with them and paid them extra fee for fragile items. I received my boxes damaged and they refused me to cover the damage with the insurance and they said that it is not their problem. I just wasted my money with this company and received poor service. I will never recommend this company to anyone!

Bongo is a rip off
Freight charges applied by Bongo are twice that of other market competitors and they wait till you have the goods to tell you how much they are going to charge you commonly known as extorsion. Advice Dont have anything to do with them!!!

They won’t give me back the money they charged me after I made a purchase. SO they basically charged me two times and kept the money!

No to Bongo
I was using Bongo in the past and was not at all satisfied. They are expensive and the customer service stinks. I am now using a company called Shipville and I am very happy. I would highly recommend Shipville.
