Goods not received
I ordered boots from Bootsfans.co.uk. After 3 weeks they still have not turned up. The tracking number given with Speedpost and it is the wrong one. They have taken the full amount plus extra charges. Speedpost not much help either. They said this parcel has been delivered. Bootsfans do not reply to my emails. This website should be closed down before anyone else is ripped off.!!

They are not an official seller as they claimed
All I can suggest is that you claim it back from your credit or debit card, saying you haven't received them or just claiming back the difference in price. You can say there fake but unless you return the boots credit card company wont refund.
Plus if you try emailing bootsfan for a return address they will give you a big run around until you just give up, as they keep asking you for photos, general nonsense emails. Plus bootsfan only send it recorded but with no return address.

Haven't received them
..after 3 weeks. From what I understand even if they do show up will they'll be fake. What do you mean request refund via credit card company? Ask my bank to reverse the payment? I paid with debit card, I am with NatWest. Can't believe I fell for that...:(

Hi Dannii yours is easy, just claim a fraudulent transaction with your bank, as you haven't received the boots they will refund you.

They are not an official seller as they claimed
Hi Dannii
I hope you got it sorted with your bank, BTW they often get booted from there ISP and/or Server. They are only ever off-line for a matter of days, then there website is up and running again, as it is now.

retailer 2524635 Still operating. FRAUD!
One of the names this fraudulent company (retailer 2524635) uses is alicesarmyuk in IdoSellShop website. I purchased a pair of Scarpa Mojito in December 2017. The amount my credit card was charged was higher than the quoted price which raised my suspicions immediately. I contacted the seller (via alicesarmyuk.co.uk) and was initially ignored; then, 2 days later, I received a fishy answer. I cancelled the transaction via my credit card company. 2 months later I received fake lightweight sneakers worth at most 20 pence. A scam that is still running in 2017!!!!!
