Unsolicited book!
I used to buy books from Bottom Line Books, but now I am older and my eyesight is terrible and the last time I paid for a book, I told them to do not send me any more unsolicited books. Back in December 2010, I received a book Health Breakthroughs 2012 which I did not solicited and I went to the Post Office and send it back to them. Today, January 14, 2012 I received a bill for $42.95 when in fact I deliver it back to them and now I have to start sending letters to Bottom Line back and forth.
This is not right. This company should stop doing this, when a customer say "NO" is "NO".

they try to charge me for books I never ordered
Once I ordered a book from this company and since then they started to send me the books which I didn't order. Many times I was sending them back the books and asked not to send me another one with a bill attached. I paid for this book and with the check and also send a letter asking to stop sending me books. They still do it I think nobody reads the messages which are attached to returned books or payment.
Save your time and money do not deal with them.

charge for returned book
This company is very unprofessional. I've ordered a book which I had before and when I noticed it I decided immediately to send it them back. Instead of refund they send me a bill.
I had similar experience with them before and after the last one I will never use their services again.

Unsolicited book!
My 90 year old mother was sent a notice from collections for non payment. The book was paid for and I have a copy of the cancelled check. Will have to go to Bottom Line Books and the collections agency to try to sort this mess out.
These folks were sent a letter from my mother stating that it had been paid for but never even received a reply.
I intend to have her name removed form the mailing list as she gets automatic mailing of these books without even requesting them.
They ticked me off and that is a big mistake. If this is not resolved immediately the attorney general for my state will be contacted.

illegal charges
They claim I have ordered a publication called Health Breakthroughs which I never did. They keep charging me for that but I really don't have anything to do with this!

Request money for books I did not buy
This company had sent me books which I never ordered. I have shipped them back, however after that they began sending me checks for the books. Wtf? I am in college and i can get any book I need in our library.
This is very frustrating, and it is pure fraud. I am not going to pay for something I did not order.

long delivery, poor service, wrong item received
I purchased two books from them and it took more than half a year to receive just one of them and moreover it wasn't the book I purchased. Beware of this company, they also don't do refunds.

Keep sending us the books, which we never ordered
This company - Bottom line books, has been sending us books, which we never ordered from them. We tried calling them, and even sent the books back, which we never even opened. But they keep sending us more and they want us to pay the bills as well. This is a complete fraud!

Did not pay me for 4 books!
I have been promised that their manager would call me, but he never did! I had to receive money for the 5 books I sent them, but they paid me just for one book, and said hat they did not receive any more books from me! That’s fraud!

CAN'T REACH THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT
I NEED TO CONTACT THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT, BUT IT SEEMS THAT NO ONE IS THERE! I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT KIND OF A SERVICE IS THAT BECAUSE NO ONE IS BY THE PHONE NOT IN THE MORNING NOT AT ANY OTHER TIME OF THE DAY!

Make it look like they don't know anything about the mistake!
This company sent me a book and a bill for it! I have never ordered anything from them! I have tried contacting them and notifying that I never made the order, this must be some kind of mistake, but they keep telling that I have to pay the bill, as if they don’t understand what I I am saying! FRAUDS! I WILL NOT PAY THEM! I AM GOING TO FILE A CASE IF THEY WON’T LEAVE ME ALONE!

nothing but scam
I used their services time ago and since that time I started to receive fraudulent bills from this company. These people charge me for books I never purchased. I contacted them about that mistake many times but I still continue to receive their letters. This company seems to be a scam, beware and better don't buy from them!
