I was informed that my account has been disabled due to possible identity theft and asked to provide some documents. After complying with their request, I was told that it will take 24 to 48 hrs upon receiving the documents. When I asked for the status of my issue, they told me that it’s going to take another 48 hrs. I gave them 1 week after that befor I emailed them again. The response said that they will notify me when there’s an update. Another week passed, so I asked for a timeframe of target resolution. Guess what? They can’t give me any! It’s understandable if they don’t have anything to work with, but when I already provided them what they need, it’s vert frustrating!
