the oven i purchased never worked and they couldn't help me with anything
I bought a microwave from them and paid over $600 for it which also included an extended warranty. The oven NEVER worked and I had to take it back. 6 days later they said they couldn't fix it and the only thing that they offered me was a $250 shop credit! Their general manager could not help me. Don't ever shop with them if you don't want to waste your money!

Won't replace the generator! Beware!
Do not deal with this company! They won’t accept the generators back, if you have already filled it with gas, and there was something wrong with it – they won’t make a replacement!

no honore for their own warranty
I purchased a new TV from them and paid extra for the warranty. in two years TV stopped to work and I took it to the warranty service. They said that one detail has to be changed and took it to the warranty repair. When i received back I also received a bill but they never give me a notice that I have to pay for these services. They simply didn't honor their own warranty! Beware and better don't use their services!
