no valid agreement to 14 day trial

free electronic cig to sample offered, no terms for trial period or I wouldn't have authorized for shipping and handling. Now I have $109 charge at my bank which caused my rent check to overdraft. When I contacted the # on the bank charge, they answered customer care and I can't find a Bright Burn website. They refused to refund all my money and my bank is stating since they gave me partial credit they can't help me with the remaining $30 or the overdraft fee. I will pursue and get ALL my money back.
