nonpayment for bpos
I too have gotten the run around from their accounting department. I have orders out for over 6 months in arears and when I am able to get ahold of someone I get a vague run around about how they have no money scheduled to send my way and cant commit. I am sure the lenders they service would be interested to know of the practice of not paying their bills. This is a bad reputation on their firm. I WOULD NOT reccomend anyone doing business with them.

NEVER WORK FOR THEM
This is the WORST Company to work for!!!!!!!!!!!! I have not been paid for work that I have done from Nov 1, 2011 to (when I would not accept any more work) around the fist of March 2011. There are enough very good BPO companies out there to never get involved with this one. I was just told that I will receive a check this week for $600 for Oct, however, it should be $795! The AP lady said -well just let us know if we are missing any!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just don't understand how they are still getting GOOD agents to complete the orders and maintain relationships with banks! Don't the banks do any research at all when choosing a company to complete a very important job for them???? Guess not...... Please spread the word....

When I asked about payment, first they said 60 days. At 60 days, I asked, then I was told 90 days, then payment plan, no payments.

BPO.com doesn't pay
Did BPOs between July 2012 and October 2012, they owe me $350. Numerous calls over many months and not yet a penny. This company is a total rip-off and has been getting away with this for years. Another agent in my company settled for partial payment ($400 discount - ouch !!) then did a few more BPOs but hasn't been paid for them after about 7 months. The contract on the settlement stated that the discount would also be due if they defaulted on future payments. Same story, good luck getting paid. We're working together to make frequent calls & emails with hopes that they will get annoyed enough to finally pay up. We're planning to file complaints with BBB and AG but it would be helpful if somebody would post contact info for those.

They owe me money for 10 assignments since April 2013. I am not the only one who has been cheated by this company. I have contacted them at least 6 times and never get a response.

BrokerPriceOpinion.com & First Valuation Subject of Recent Class Action Lawsuit
Three law firms in Florida, Washington and Colorado teamed together to file a class action complaint on behalf of real estate agents and others allegedly owed unpaid fees for broker price opinions ordered by BrokerPriceOpinion.com.
The plaintiff is a real estate agent, Kathy Wornicki from Florida. She claims that she is owed about $880.00 for BPO work she performed in 2012 and 2013. Apparently she claims that the defendants breached their contract by not paying her on time. She is going further and claiming that not only have the plaintiffs not paid her but thousands of other agents across the country.

Non payment
I did four exterior inspections for Broker's Price Opinion in October 2012. I was told that it would be at least 90 days for payment. At that time I decided it would be best not to get in any deeper, decided not to work for the company any longer. In October 2013 I filed a complaint to the BBB of Colorado for lack of payment. I have been told many times I would be paid. It is now January 2014. I have called MANY times, always told very vague answers to my questions about payment. I was told a couple of weeks ago that I had been paid! No dates or copies of canceled checks. I did receive a call from accounts payable a week ago saying my check had been written, not cashed, so the company was going to stop payment on the check and issue a new one the next day. Would you believe I received the check in the mail the next day. the check was 90 days old, no longer valid, and the company had stopped payment. It has been over a week now, I am still waiting for the new check to be issued. I am not giving up, I am calling weekly trying to get paid. It would seem this company would run out of people to take advantage of. Do not even consider doing any work for Broker's Price Opinion/First Valuation! Judy B January 25, 20147

BPO NON PAYMENT
I started doing BPOs for this company and received ALOT of work. They told me that I would get paid in about 60-90 days. As my 90 days came up, they deleted my online account and the people who I was working so closely with stopped replying to my emails and wouldnt return my voice mails... I finally just talked to the receptionist and told her my problem and she put me through to the COO (Chief Operating Officer) and I then explained my issues with her, she reactivated my account and said they were having system issues, I inquired about my pay and she said she would figure that out for me and give me a call back. She never called me back and within the day my account was deactivated again, So I called back and left her a message which she never got back to me. I then called to speak with accounting, I was finally able to get a hold of someone and she told me that there were no orders yet to send payment... She said she would contact her boss and give me a call back. I have yet to get paid and they owe me over $1600.

These guys owe me several hundred dollars dating from April 2013 to January 2014. I have not seen dollar one from them yet. They keep saying a few more weeks. Is anybody taking the lead on a class action lawsuit against them? I'm ready to sue them.

These scumbags owe me $1,050 for BPOs completed Feb 2015 to Jun 2015. I wish I had read all of the bad reports on this company because they have burned thousands of Realtors. I spoke to the Colorado AG Office and they advised to get the word out about this company and have everyone submit complaints to the AG Office. If there are enough complaints then the AG will shut them down. I am also ready to become part of a class if someone is prepared to take the lead on a class action lawsuit.

Colorado has a loser pays system for lawsuits, but the attorneys consider a collection like this to be small potatoes. I am considering a police report requesting an arrest for theft of services, but don't know who should be arrested.

Broker Price Opinion/First Valuation
Wow! Can't believe this company is allowed to continue non pay to brokers. I've done $1,600 in work from 2/16 till 7/16 and they still owe me and are giving me the run around. Worst company I've ever encountered but the big question is why is it being allowed???
So Colorado is now the ripoff state to me.

This company are just liars who are unethical and lack any integrity. I have been owed over $1000 for over a year. They are very skilled in playing the game with systems like BBB. They will call you and acknowledge they owe the money and promise to pay. However, the check doesn't come at the time they say it will or they send a partial payment. Basically no one should do business with this company. Not realtors, lenders, appraisers, or any other real estate professional. Clearly this company is run by unethical scammers who have surrounded themselves with pathetic losers who cheat professionals in order to enrich the owners. No one who thinks highly of themselves would continue to work at such a place. Especially given how well documented the company's scam is. You almost have to feel sorry for these wage slaves that grind their way into a cubicle everyday to do the dirty work for their masters. Must suck to be that uneducated that your can't compete in the labor market and are reduced to practicing deceit all day.

I have been told many times by Christine I would receive a check...liar, liar pants on fire....Now she says Nov. 15th.....they owe me 850.00 and have the nerve to call and ask me to do BPO's for them.....I asked her if she has gotten paid this week for her work....she said yes....well then, why wouldn't I want to get paid.......they need to be closed down......

Letter of Intent
Today
I have emailed Walt Coats at [email protected] and a carbon copy to Christine Accounts payable [email protected] a letter of intent to sue I got a call in under 5 minutes from her telling me she had 8 orders that she was going to pay me in 3 days which is also the amount of time I gave them to pay me. I told her it was unacceptable being that they owe me 25 orders Anything less than those 25 orders and I will continue with the letter of intent.
