Unethical business practice
I was a Buds VIP customer - had to pay extra for that. Bought 8 guns from Buds in past 2 years.
If everything goes smoothly Buds is fine.
If there is a problem, this company shows their true colors which is essentially screw you!!
I just purchased a Walther PK380 from Buds. When I got it home from my FFL, I checked the serial number with the known recall numbers. Sure enough, Buds sent me a new Walther which was on the recall list.
I called Walther and they told me they had notified Buds 5 weeks previously about the problem. What do you think Buds did about it? NOTHING. They sent it out to be MY problem. 4-6 weeks plus shipping.
Called Buds and after 45 minutes got to a real A-hole manager (manager of their call center) who essentially said this is MY problem and I will have to deal with Walther.
Well, I guess I will.
And, I will NEVER deal with Buds again!
If you choose to buy from Buds, BUYER BEWARE. They have the ethics of an alley cat!
