changed the value
I sent them a phone almost a month ago and they said it's worth $90. Last week they sent me an e-mail saying it's only worth $11. I don't want to give it up for $11! I want my phone back now!

I sent an iphone 4 to buyback world. The USPS tracking number says it was delivered, but that is where the trail ends. I tried to contact buyback world via their contact link twice, but never received a response. They say you can contact them by live chat, but I found no link to do this. Basically the phone is gone and no money was received by me.

They are stupid and scammers
i send my iphone 6 and they says its worth 40 beause it has broken screen and now they not respond and not even they have customer support. I Lost my phone they are liars and big scammers.
That kind of business will put them i a big trouble.
I will have to do some thing about these people.

Stay away from them!
My advice is to stay far away from this site. Made an "order" to sell them a Moto E4 (a current spec phone!) for the ridiculous price of $15 way back in August. Stupid me sent it in and they've had it for almost a MONTH now. I have not received payment. They claim the delay is due to moving to another location. NOT MY PROBLEM. If they cannot fulfill their business obligations, for whatever reason, they shouldn't be accepting orders to buy or sell phones. As others have suggested, I'm beginning to think this site is a scam.
