total fraud, stole my phone and never send me money!
Wanted to sell my old HTC phone which was in a great condition and found this company. Send it to them including charger and the battery and also paid about $10 for the shipping services. They offered me up to $100 for this phone. In one week I received a message from them that they are going to send my phone back because they found unexpected marks on the screen which it never had! Well as a result I never received my phone back, never received money and couldn't contact them, because it seems that their customer service is a joke. Beware and avoid any business with this company!

sent an iphone5s 32gb after being offered $410.00. I included headphones, charger, etc. According to the tracking information, buyback world received the phone 3 days later. Six days after that, I checked the status on their website as they're not even professional enough to keep you advised ... the status shows inspection complete. Well, where's my check? Giving them 3 more days after which time I'll be filing a formal complaint with the PA attorney general's office for consumer protection. If you want to sell anything like this in the future, do yourself a favor and use Gazelle. I had used them before and they're fair, credible, and professional.
