c. angels puppies run by charles aka charlie w. pluta in woodbine Iowa is a horribly run puppy mil. i asked to view the area where the dogs are kept and was denied access. he claims that your puppy is current on vaccinations but upon doing research i am not the only one who has had major issues with the puppy having worms and ear mites. it cost a lot to get the puppy to be in a healthy condition.
this place knew the puppy was being purchased for a SPECIAL NEEDS CHILD and MONTHS later informed me that he is refusing the money order payment for the puppy and instead filed a court case wanting the dog to be RETURNED TO HIM! why would a man want an 8 month old dog returned to him rather than accepting the money... this breeder is running a HUGE scam. i would NEVER purchase from him again!!
i can provide proof of purchase, the payment made in full that he has refused to accept along with the court documents he has filed.
