This salon is the worst beauty salon ever! I purchased hair extension services, I lost half of my hair because of sickness and this extension supposed to look as natural hair. Because of their unprofessional services my look was damaged and these hairs looked horrible. The woman who made an extension never apologized and overcharged me. I complained and asked for a refund or for a repair, but she just laughed in my face. This is the worst service I ever received. Beware and better stay away from this place!! It is not recommended to anyone!

First off I want to say that at CLWW we stand behind our product 100%. We ship hair worldwide and happen to be one of of the most reputable lace wig and hair extensions companies on the net. After reading the complaint filed here, I can't help but think the author is out to sabotage our business. She's posted this complaint on multiple outlets, however the complaint is written very different here.
1. CLWW is not a hair salon, we're an online store ONLY
2. This person has never been face to face with anyone from our company to claim someone laughed in her face
3. This customer did not purchase hair extensions, she purchased a custom wig with a texture and color, which is considered a double process. A double process makes the hair delicate and with excessive manipulating/heat the hair can become fragile and break. This customer shared photos expressing how much she loved the hair, shes smiling and appears happy. In the photos the hair was silky straight. we sent her a curly human hair wig with color. It was apparent the hair had been straightened and then curled on the end to achieve that look.
At CLWW we allow our customers to make choices. Customers love to wear hair that matches their very own texture. When choosing to change the virgin texture of human hair the integrity changes and will require proper care. The hair is not damaged but without proper care to maintain its beauty, it can easily become a nightmare if one is not familiar with the care and maintenance of a double process. When shopping for anything it's always important to make informed/ educated decisions and to take responsibility if the product is damaged due to lack of proper care.
At CLWW we have loyal customers because of great customer service and quality products. We are sure to answer and return all calls and emails and address each and every issue on a case by case bases. Please note: This issue was addressed and a resolution was offered to this customer.

Beware California Lace wigs
I purchased a unit from california lace wigs a year ago and I would never purchase hair from this company ever again. The owner Annette Jones is very rude and unprofessional. I would not do business with them if I were you. Save your money and your time everyone!!!

Dishonest.
I was a client for 5 years and ordered several units from them.
Last December I ordered two blonde custom units. One of the units started shedding when I got her right out of the box. when I washed the unit, that was supposedly virgin Mongolian hair, the water got orange.
that unit, for which I paid more than $600, was unusable after a week. Bald patch everywhere and a hair turned so dry it was unmanageable. It was a rats nest.
When I contacted their customer service, they told me that was my fault for ordering a blonde color, that they are not responsible for how the hair reacts after they dye it.
I took the hair to a professional and he told me it was highly processed Indian hair. Well, Anette and her team refused to acknowledge this and they basically said: Screw you. they never offered me a solution, they kept assuring me the hair was Mongolian.
BEWARE. They are dishonest and they won't do anything to repair their mistakes. They will accuse you for buying dyed hair instead of acknowledge they sell crappy processed hair at a price that is ridiculous.

poor customer service
This company has absolutely horrible service. I ordered a custom wig which was not even close to the color I requested. They did NOT follow the detailed instructions I left and the wig was a brassy yellow/orange - just a mess, which I could have done better on my own. What is upsetting is their attitude - they offered no help whatsoever, took no responsibility, didn't even think about trying to meet me half way on a solution. Only "take it to another stylist to have it re-colored...our stylist is on leave....". I don't know about the quality of the hair - if it really is what they claim. I do not trust this company at all and will never order from them again.
