Mismanagement

Many broken promises. Was promised delivery of our house during 1st qtr 2017. Finally received authorization to move in during Jan 2018. Was told that we would have permanent electricity and water installed during Feb 2017 - we still do not have either as of today (29 Aug). House is not ready for occupancy (RFO). How can Camella allow residents to move in?
Also Camella promises a safe subdivision with 24 hour roving security, a perimeter fence, and CCTV at the gate. Currently no perimeter fence has been installed, guards sleep at night and usually do not rove thru subdivision at night. And no CCTV has been installed at the gate yet.
CObstruction debris is not disposed of properly. Debris is spread out thru the subdivision.
We have not received our title even though the house was paid off over a year ago.
Total mismanagement!
