My Husband & I bought a House in Camella Bohol last July 2014. W/O even asking the feedbacks from other people were kinda rushing to buy a property just for us to see the fruit of our hardwork.

Im not bragging, but I would say. I am a good payer. They were so nice to us until we paid the whole down payment and forward us to the bank loan.

It is very often for my family to check our house while it was under construction. Fast forward...,,

We moved in on Oct. 2017, We were very excited to see our home finally. But we were very dissapointed. The house was sub standard. The bathrooms flooring was leaking down to the ground floor. Walls are cracking, doorjambs and stairs railings has lots of termites. The balcony that they they actually said that is not on the contract wasnt done yet as they promised. And a lot lot lot more of complaints that until now they dont fix.

People that works in the office were rude and dont fux problems at all until you juat get tired of conplaining at wait for their actions.

Its already late for us to realize that we shouldnt invest our money to the wrong property.

Dont believe of the sweet words they promise to you to give bec. People will do everything and deceives you for money..

Think a million times before buying a house on a subdivision!
