Total Rip offs and thieves.

I recieved a statement 7days ago that my next payment will be $180. Checked my account this morning and they withdraw $712, wtf? I rung them up to discuss why they hadn't sent me a statement or anything that said I owed $712. They then switched the blame on Centrelink after I threatened to take this further. They asked if I'd like to escalate this further with a senior manager, I said yes! They said one will call me in regards. That did not happen. I contacted centrelink today about what camp austtralia said and they rung but I was at work, yet centrelink were able to email me and leave a message. Didnt see any prudent behavior like that from Camp Australia.
