Never received product
The poster of the comment ; mjustin16 is from the US. Canadapets does not accept US orders - we serve Canada only. Therefore, this purported "order" could never have been placed. After extensive efforts to try and contact the poster here both indpendently and also through this web sites' Support / Admin people we have concluded the post to be fraudulent and the poster to be unsurpisingly "anonymous". We believe this post to be malicious, with the sole intent to taint and slander our online reputation. Never received product
I received the following email today from Canada pets. I stated in the above post was a true fact that I have not received my order despite paying for it (they charged my Visa over 6 weeks ago)
"It has come to our attention that you have posted some negative comments about our company on a US Blog site under the email / login "bellurol". the URL of these comments are below :

We have tried to contact you twice (Feb 6th and again on Feb 8th) thru this 3rd party website message system to remove these negative comments without success or response. Until your post has been removed from this blog we are sorry, but we will not be able to accept your order, which has now been Cancelled.

This order was held pending clarification from the author, David Bell or "bellurol" of his comments " I plan to cancel my order" entered into this fraudulent post by "mjustin16" who has never been a client. This order was cancelled per policy on these issues and refunded in full. Never received product
Canada pets did cancel my order and refunded my Visa. I have ordered from them in the past and had no problem but this experience was unpleasant to say the least. I ordered the same product from another online site (Pets and Beyond) and their service has been very good. Confirmation of purchase sale and shipping.

@ bellrol - do they have a privacy policy? because if they do they just violated it posting your real name on this public website. I would not do any business that did that.

I received my order from pets and beyond in 10 days. Followed up with me several times along the process. Very good service. I would recommend that consumers use pets and beyond instead. I also note there have been complaints to the BBB and canadapts has a C+ rating. Others seem to have had a similar concern re late delivery and billing of cards based on their website reports
So sad to see a company provide such service. Interesting that they respond quickly to statements on this website and not through their customer service!

I ordered a no bark collar on June 19, 2012 and didn't receive it. I emailed them several times asking where it was, the first time they said that it was back ordered and would be shipped August 3rd, the second time they said it was back ordered and would be shipped August 31st. That date passed with no word so I emailed them again on September 4th asking if it had been shipped. I didn't receive a response so on September 6th I emailed them saying that if I didn't hear from them by September 7th I would cancel my order and report them to the Better Business Bureau. I then received a prompt response cancelling my order but no mention of a refund. this is no way to do busniness! I have been 48 days to receive this product from the same province that I live in, not half a world away!

Never received collar or refund
I am having the exact same problems with Canadapets. I live is South Africa and ordered a dog collar on the 12th August from them as I cant purchase these collars in SA, only to be told that they are out of stock - but they quite happily charged me $345.97. After numerous emails and promises to deliver the product it still has not arrived with my sister who lives in BC!! They won't even process a refund!!! What this company is doing is criminal!! They say that have been operating since 1997!! They are USELESS!!!!
Every time you call their 24hr call centre all their operators are busy!! CRAZY!!!

I ham happy to report that CanadaPets eventually refunded me my money!! At last!!
