No refund
We have tried repeatedly to contact the author of the above post only to find them to be unsurprisingly "anonymous". We have also contacted the host / owner of this blog-site to attempt to contact them also without success. As we have no record of any order ever existing here, we feel this to be another "anonymous" or "poisoned" post intended solely to slander, taint and misinform. Ordered a pet containment system from there website. When the order was placed April 18th I received an email notification that the item would be shipping by April 30th and be shipped expedited 3-4 days. On May 3rd after not receiving any notice of the product shipping I had to email Canadapets to find out that it was on back order and would now be shipping by May 15th. On May 17th I once again had to email Canadapets for an update because I had not received a shipping notice. I was then informed that they were still out of stock and that they would now be shipping by May 28th / 29th and expedited 3-4 days. So after sending a very upset email for the total lack of customer service and asking for a discount or a full refund, the product was finally instock. They never offered any kind of compensation for the delays or the lack of communication. I asked for upgraded shipping and was told that wasn't possible due to the weight of the 1000ft of wire (When the product finally arrived it only weighed 5kgs) and that it would be 4-6days expedited. I then complained some more and was told that the shipping would be upgraded to expedited (from ground as ordered even though all emails they sent said expedited). So I finally got the product today May29th. 6 days after it shipped. At the end of there emails it said that they value me as a customer and yet I didn't get any upgraded shipping as promised, every time they said the product WOULD (not should, or if it's in stock) ship it didn't until I asked for my money back. I even asked for the head office contact information and didn't get that either. I still have all the emails and would love to talk to someone in the business that knows what customer service is about because the people that respond to the emails ([email protected]) don't give a crap about customers.

obviously there are issues
I ordered a correction collar through this company. Was supposed to ship in 1 week. 2 weeks later no word I decided to email. I got the response that my shipment had been delayed and would ship until the following month. I kindly asked them to cancel the order as I could get one from the states next day which did exactly that from Texas. They approved the cancellation of the product. When asked about my refund I received no response to that email and my second email. It is now 20 days later and no refund issue. I plan to follow up with the credit card company today as I will refuse to pay the bill until the return of payment since visa can process them as theft since it's beyond 15 business days without refunding the cost.

Impossible to reach by phone or email. Item ordered three weeks ago and not received. I will take it with my VISA for a refund for non compliance. I would definitely NOT recommend this company to anybody. I can understand if some item may be on a back order, but not to reach the customer and advise is bad business ethics.
