Had the same experience and tried to cancel the service. They continued to charge money from my credit card well after I thought I had canceled the service. You are required to fill out a cancellation form within 5 days of obtaining there service which is written in their terms and disclaimer tab at the bottom of the website which was never pointed out to me (my fault). That hoakey 5 day period is in place there because after a few months of their lack of service and execution you will want to cancel the service. There is a $200 fee that is applied to every cancellation; and there is no way of telling how effective the company is within 5 days of hiring them. They are very diligent at the start to ensure your comfort beyond that 5 day period and they will never advise you to read the terms nor will they provide a hard copy of such. It is up to you to find it on their web site: http://www.canadianpardons.ca/disclaimer/ Reading that alone should be enough to scare you off. The cancellation form I did fill out was rejected and they will likely try and procure more funds that they feel entitled to which includes penalties etc.. You are better off doing this yourself and you will end up doing the same amount of work even if you do hire them and it will take longer hiring them. They had requested way more information than was actually needed. They also may try and sell there service by telling you they have connections at Canada Pardons and RCMP records department which will speed up the process. This is entirely untrue which one of their workers informed me of later. I wish I had read something like this before hiring them because I really feel foolish for not researching the background of the company. The BBB rating of D- is another indicator of this company's lack of integrity.

Yup they sucked me in for the all exclusive fast track pardon one time payment of 500$. Then they wanted an extra 50 $ when I sent them my pardon application. They do nothing, and as soon as you show a little frustration on the phone they get real SAUCY and IGNORENT! ! ! ! I also checked out there store location using google maps, the place looks shady. My own fault I guess. Is there anyway of getting my money back or should I just for get this.
