Keeping my food I paid for, Not FRESH

I went to the location on Sharon Amity 10/20/16 and was very disappointed. I added on the 5 shrimp for 1.59 and they didn't put them in my bag. After I got home I tried to call and got no answer, so I went back up there to find no one there. My receipt said 9:57 so I guess they closed at 10:00. So I returned home to eat my cold food and the hushpuppies were undercooked and gross. The next day I called and spoke with the manager Ms. Brown who did apologize, but only said to come back for them instead of compensating me for having already went back that night and other food being ruined. I felt the whole order should be freshly replaced.

Bad time on 3/3/1028

On 3/3/2018 My wife daughter and myself were putting the food on the table when she accidently waste a cup on water on the floor, She went to tell one of the employees the counter. The lady came over and put a yellow sign in the floor. There was another lady came out with a mop but she took the mop back I guess because she was talking to who appeared to be folks she know. The water stayed on the floor the whole time we were eating. My wife became to concerned because she has a bad knee and did not want to step in the water and slip and fall. My wife went to the counter and asked for a mop to get the water up. One of the employees gave her the mop to get the water up. No one ever came back. With this bad customer service I doubt I will ever be back to the New Albany store ever again. I just thought someone should know. I will the writing the Labor board to advise them of this.

captain d's and dominoes pizza are history

Will never ever eat there again because of the idiots working there. Cannot get a drive through order right/ maybe the company should place numbers next to the menu items (but don't go over 10 meals because it may exceed mathematical capabilities of the person taking your order). Seriously, put numbers on your meals so that people that drive 26 miles to eat there don't arrive back home to find they should have stayed home and cooked.
The manager via phone said I could get a free meal next time I go there/ but it is not really free since I paid for food that will be fed to my dogs while I eat leftover pasta.Include my time, gas, vehicle wear/ I would be sick to my stomach to patronize that place again. It is 86'd the same as dominoes pizza - which has not had an order from me since 2004 when I got screwed around with a phone order and waited 35 minutes before I wised up and got a refund to my debit card and told them to go get bankrupt. I will say that the food at captain d's is good if they give you what you ordered/ which is more than I can say for dominoes pizza-yuk

closed store while waiting in line

Arrived at d's on Sunday night. date was 04/26/2020 time 7:30pm. Looked at stores hours on door. close 10:00pm. Proceeded to drive thru. Had 2 cars in front of me. Thought ok I have time. Wrong again ….. After both cars in front of me placed order is was 10 minutes till 8:00pm. I pull forward to speaker only to be told that store was close and would no longer be excepting orders. I questioned the employee. I ask about the time sign on door and on drive thru sign. both stated close 10pm. Questioned employee about time. Stated that had been changed by district for sabbath. Well great. I agree with that but change the sign. That simple action would save a few unhappy customers. So I left and not happy at all...…. Returned last Sunday, this time earlier. Placed ordered after having employee talk over me and having to ask same questions twice. Arrived at pick up window. Paid for meal. Thought I would talk with manager about concern on last visit. Well hear we go. Cheyene stated she was there last Sunday and they did not quit taking orders until 7:55 pm. Well I quess I am just unable to read the clock in my car. She refused to offer me any help toward resolving this concern. very very very disappointed. I like captain d's food when they get my order correct, when my food is at least warm, and with out a confrontation from employee. I am not sure how much time effort and money the company spends to train employees but something is not right. When I review my visits it seems about 50---50 split good or bad. Really missed you guys during the rebuild but some things never change. New building same old poor customer service.
