Buyers Beware!!!

Do not buy from this company. We purchased a computer and sent in our core in exchange. They sent a computer that wasn't programmed correctly. They told us to send it back, but they refused to pay for the return shipping. The tech who examined this unit emailed us that the problem was on their end - but they still refused to refund the shipping cost. They did send a second one but it was lost in the mail. The company said the lost package was the fault of USPS, and they would not help us. USPS assigned a case to it and traced it. It could not be found. USPS was going to reimburse us for the loss - but discovered that Imperial Car Exchange had not insured the item - valued at over $200. Insuring it would have cost $2.95.

We have contacted them multiple times. They have made it clear that they will do nothing to help us. They have our core and our money - a total loss of $330.00. I regret that I didn't look them up on the internet before purchasing from them. They have a F rating with the BBB, and an internet search revealed that they have many, many complaints against them. Buyers beware.
