They don't have a phone number
Cardpool does have a phone number, but it will most likely refer you to their e-mail.

I would never shop on this site again
I mailed a package to Cardpool.com in Jan, 2012 and it took 3-4 days for my pkg to get to the company . I have never had a problem with this company till now. I send all my mail Priority mail with confirmation and come to find out and in pure shock that when my gift cards made it to Cardpool my package had been opened from arrival and retaped and gift cards were missing. I am really concerned with the safety of customers pkgs that are sent there. and after further investigation and upon calling the gift card companys i was told that my gift cards that I mailed in were used in California the same State that I mailed my package to. Now you tell me how can just anyone pick up Cardpool mail from their PO Box? They cant this sounds like a inside job to me. Who ever picks up their mail is Stealing from Customers! I spoke to the supervisor and told them what I found out from the stores the gift cards came from that the cards were spent in California. I hope they Resolve this ASAP or I will never do business with Cardpool again!

Liars and Scams!
Stay away from Cardpool.com – it's the worst company in the gift card business.
They stole money from their customers gift cards, lie to people and they have awful customer service – they never reply and can even block your number and also this company doesn't have a physical office.

Do not sell cards to Card Pool
Sent gift 3 gift cards in 3 seperate envelopes to Card Pool. I printed 3 different ship labels and received 3 different confirmation numbers. I am being lied to and strung along. It has been nearly 3 weeks and they say they never got my gift cards, not even one envelope. I can see if they said they received one or two and not the third one. They are saying not one of the envelopes made it to them. The latest excuse is that the mail is delayed and USPS is telling them it may be another 2-3 weeks before they receive mail. That would be a total of 5 weeks. Interestingly enough, I mailed something to Plastic Jungle the same day and have already been completely taken care of . Plastic Jungle's site even lets you know when processing if finished and been completed. Check in the mail ... that is how I like to see a company handle business. Now on the other hand, Card Pool is very sneaky and dishonest. They say they want to offer "Stellar" customer service. I wonder how long a company can stay in business when they are stealing from people. I am going to fiind out if my cards have been used. I believe the scam is to prey on those who have not read the complaint blogs. My advise is to stay away from this company and its practices of scamming people. If you have to use this company, please pay the postal service for the "Certified Mail" service. That will help when it comes time for any kind of small claims litigation.
Sincerely,
Theresa (In process of being robbed/scammed)

Total losers I will take full action in making sure my friends, family, and those who I communicate with via social networks, blogs, and customers I serve in my store will never use your services!!

After reading reviews and all posted comments, I will not use this type of service.

no reply and no answer
I was very upset about cardpool service, I clicked bulk purchase button and specifically chose eletric card, then it showed me cards to purchase, after I purchased it, the email from cardpool tells me only one card in electric, I need it the second day so I can purchase the deal on Sears and I can not wait till physical card arrive to purchase as Sears deal will expire, I bought on Feb24 and till today Feb28 cardpool still didn't contact me for this issue after I sent an email to them right away after my purchase on Feb24.
If they don't call me resolve this issue for me, I will never buy from them again, and to be honest I have been thinking of not to use them anymore as it is just too slow about the turnaround time for getting their card and service level is very very low.....

Worst Experience with any company
I sent them 3 gift cards for a total of $900.00. They offered me $810.00. They called me and confirmed my info and mailed a check on 1/9/16 (so much for their promise of 3-5 business days. I never received the first check and they agreed to cancel it on 1/26 but told me that I had to wait until 1/31. I was informed a 2nd check was mailed and here it is 2/23 and still have not received my money.
I have emailed them countless times asking for a phone number and for my cards back as I do not want them to profit from this transaction. They respond within 19-36 hours and it's always a canned answer and they all of the sudden have no phone number and can't find the transaction which I have provided to them each time included in an attachment from their website.
Any suggestions on how to not get ripped off?
I am exhausted from months of begging them to simply read my emails and listen to my needs to resolve this matter. I can't imagine what they are making off of innocent people because this is clearly a scam!

No card for Christmas
I ordered a restaurant gift arc for my son for Christmas but it still hasn't come. I tried calling today and it won't even ring. Then I left a message with customer service. After reading the complaints about this company, I doubt that I'll ever hear back. I can't afford to lose money through a scam. My guess would be to contact the Attorney General for whatever state they're located in.

FRAUD - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!
FRAUDULENT SITE - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH IS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!
I urge everyone who has issues with this company to file a complaint with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU as I have (https://www.bbb.org/ ). Companies like this should NOT be allowed to be in business!
I purchased two cards two days ago. I was supposed to receive the e-card codes within 24hrs. Instead I received an email claiming they needed more verification information and to call them back. I called FIVE times & each time received a recording stating "there was an unusually high call volume and there would be a very long wait time". It asks you to leave info & they will call you right back. The Google search page here states there's a 2 minute wait time - TOTAL BULLSHIT!!!!!! I also sent an email to customer support & did not get a reply. It is day 3 and I have called FOUR times today & no reply.
The whole reason I purchased the e-cards instead of cards through the mail was because I needed the codes in time to make a purchase before the current sale at the store expired.
This company is fraudulent because it states they will send info w/in 24hrs. THEY DO NOT - they have a standard practice of sending emails claiming they need more verification info. You have no way of talking to anyone. They have a 3rd party add here on this Google page advertising YOU CAN PAY A SERVICE FEE OF $20 TO A 3RD PARTY COMPANY TO GET AN IMMEDIATE RESPONSE. WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT?!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have done 70% of my shopping online for over 2 decades and I have never had a problem like this. I sent an email and called this company demanding they cancel my transaction, as well as calling my bank and putting a stop payment on the funds.
REPORT THIS COMPANY TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU: https://www.bbb.org/

Lost/Stolen Cards
I have finally after waiting weeks for a response from Cardpool been contacted by them. I mailed $256 dollars worth of cards ($300). I thought they were just taking a very long time to “review” the cards but come to find out they claim they never received them. So now I am left with no cards or proof. I am certain that my cards were received. I am sure that Carpool (maybe one staff member) but either way they have stolen my cards and are now getting me their generic and leaving me high and dry.
I am considering what actions I can take moving forward.

Scam!
I bought a card that was supposed to have $100 balance on it. I bought it for $88. I went to try to use it and it has $73 on it!! I have tried in every way to contact cardpool and they don’t respond! I have emailed on multiple occasions and managed to dig up a phone number for them on google and called but all you get is a voicemail that they never return! Very unhappy and feel this will not get resolved because they don’t have a customer service!!
