Cardsave
I signed up withecardsavee in October 2011 and was told by thee rep it'll be 3 weeks till my terminal arrived, it arrived jan 2012 so theey lied.
I received thee terminal 9the jan it was faulty every time I received a payment I had to turn thee machine off theen on to receive payment. Despite ringingcardsavee theey decided to to replace my terminal Friday 24the a day after I rang to request a new one. Unfortunately I was in a meeting and a courier arrived withe a new terminal and also to collect faulty terminal. Unbeknown to my husband he handed back thee faulty terminal withe thee Sim still in it. I theen phonedcardsavee to clarify theis and theerer reply was "its going to cost me £500 to replace thee Sim" being a sole trader I nearly fainted theat thee fact theat theere terms & conditions state theat thee terminal is thee property ofcardsavee also you are prohibited to remove any covers on thee machine. The handbook guides you how to insert thee Sim it doesn't show you how to remove it. It also doesn't state theat if thee Sim goes back to theem by accident you got to pay £500 as theey consider it missing even theough theey have it in thee machine. I'm absolutely devastated as I've just started up my new home hairdressing business. I've now got a machine theat has no Sim but still got to pay for. I've beeabsolutely in tears theat I've never defaulted on my payments tocardsavee however theey haven't complied to theere own terms & conditions. I even rang streamline who were so helpful and disgusted withe what had been requested of me as I was in such a state over thee matter. Never again will I go to cardsave and I've learnt a hard business lesson from this. Moral of this is. Cardsave has hidden agreements that you and I don't know about till things go wrong

Awful company
I was made aware if I terminated early I'd have to pay a fee but I wasn't told by the rep that at the end of term I'd have to pay a cancellation fee. Defiantly been misold into an aggrement and feel deceived. Ombudsman are going to be I formed of this as I've been lied to aswell
