Liars

In 2016 I was hacked I called all my credit cards as well as calling Care Credit by accident I thought I was calling HSN and told them to close my account a couple months later I couldn’t understand why my account was closed through Care Credit since I never close Care Credit after going through the recording ‘s they realized that I actually didn’t realize I was talking to Care Credit and thought I was talking to HSN at that point they reopened my account. Now two years later after letting me chargie and paying off my account they closed my account again stating that they shouldn’t of opened it two years ago they refuse to reopen my account even though they were the ones that made the mistake by closing the account and then re-opening the account in the first place. Now they refuse to correct this mistake and reopen my account even though they keep writing I’m a valued customer
