Not refunded money for the reservation
hi,

i didn't receive my cancellation money
plz u can help me because when i take booking online
I'm gonna call agent straight away he said dnt worry i can cancel Ur policy
but after 7.8 days I'm check my account then no receive any money I'm try to contact but still nobody Can sort out this is not good please sort out this thing i really thank full to you

Hi,
this is faris rasheed the money has been refunded to me and they charging me £25 for cancelation charge and the agent said to me its been cancelled and that did not happend dont ever trust agent they are fraud call straight customer service they will sort the problems out . many thanks for customer service they sort my problem out

lie!!!!!!
They lie lie lie about their cancelling conditions! They will charge you anyway whether you quit in time or not, they will take their fee and say that you did not follow the rules! Frauds, scams! Stay away from them!

wrong vehicle
after renting thru cartrawler,we requested 9 seater car thru budget,
the 9 seater was not avalaible.After much arguing we were able to
get a 7 seater,which was not very convenient,but better than original ofer
of two cars.
On returning home we filled out online survey explaining our miscontent.
Never did anyone contact us.
We called back,then after many emails back and forth
which took over 5 weeks,we were told we wud not receive any compencation
as the 7 seater we got was considered an upgrade.
Still trying to figure out how a 7 seater can be an upgrade from 9 seater.
Got tired of the back and forth so eventually gave up.
Not worth the trouble...All to say ...AVOID CARTRAWLER
