Outstanding Customer Service

With my recent interaction with Cascade I would have to give them 5 stars. I've been ordering through them since I opened my nail salon a few years ago and share my subscription with my employees. Last months issue was accidentally thrown away breaking my heart because there was a new technique I wanted to try. I called Cascade asking if I could order another issue and instead they sent me 2 complimentary ones! I don't know if they are able to do this for everyone but they really saved the day for me. I'll keep using them for all of my subscription needs.
